Chandu (Santhanalakshmi) is the heart and vision behind Sparkle Montessori. A mother of two, her journey into education began not in a classroom, but at home—driven by a deep desire to provide the very best foundation for children. Her own love for learning led her to pivot from a successful 11-year IT career to earn a Postgraduate Degree in Montessori Education. Working with young children every day made her pursue her Diplomas and Certifications in Child Psychology and counseling and she is now a certified counsellor, training teachers and children across schools.
She didn’t just want to open a school; she wanted to build a nurturing world for young learners. Uninspired by generic franchise models, Chandu poured her creativity and care into creating the unique “Sparkle” brand. Every part of Sparkle—from the thoughtfully designed classrooms to the enriched curriculum—has been intentionally crafted with love, offering a world-class early learning experience that stands apart.
